Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to high-quality inbound buyer and seller leads provided by Zillow Flex.
Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and timelines.
Coordinate and conduct property showings, maintaining strong communication and providing insightful market information to clients.
Write competitive and accurate offers, ensuring clients are informed and confident throughout negotiations.
Utilize our CRM systems to diligently track leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities provided by the Obsidian Group.
Commit to continuous prospecting, follow-up, and lead nurturing to maintain a robust pipeline of future business.
Guide clients effectively from initial inquiry through closing, delivering exceptional service and ensuring positive client experiences that lead to referrals and repeat business.
Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
Qualifications
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
