Job Summary:

The Imagine IT department is looking for an IT Administrator to provide overall technical support in a high-intensity environment of entertainment professionals, with an emphasis on white glove support of C-Level Executives. The IT administrator will install, configure, maintain and provide general support of desktops, laptops, printers, video conference rooms, security systems, cloud-based email and file storage, and general A/V, in a predominantly Mac OS environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible, patient, and able to simplify and customize workflows for unique creative processes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide L 1-3 support to end u for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues
Configure and deploy Mac and Windows workstations
Troubleshoot remotely via phone and remote access tools, with the ability to solve issues without access to devices
Create and administer Google Workspace accounts
Setup, maintenance and support of Video Conference software, services, and general A/V
Assist in creation and maintenance of individual and system backups and recovery
Installation and management of business related software
Assess the support process to identify more efficient methods
High level support for critical business applications
Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with staff, with the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely
Handle on-call work assignments and emergencies as required
Ability to analyze and seek solutions to complex problems
Ability to lift and carry computer equipment
Exhibit kindness and general good manners when dealing with employees of all levels, in order to enhance the quality of support delivered

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical position with primary responsibilities supporting u in a creative environment, with a large Apple Hardware presence.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical position in a facility with standard network and server protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
Minimum of 7 years of experience with business applications, with experience in report writing, creating user documentation and/or specifications, etc.
Education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job functions listed above. BS in Computer Science diploma preferred.
Apple Professional Certification, Microsoft Professional Certifications preferred.
A strong skill set supporting Apple hardware and software in a media/production environment is required.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
A strong skill set supporting Google Workspace is highly preferred.
A strong skill set supporting Windows 10 is preferred.
Experience with Zendesk software is a plus, but not required.
Experience with Sophos Anti-Virus is a plus, but not required.

Title: IT Administrator
Advanced understanding of Identity and Access Management.
Network VPN, DNS, and Routing, preferably on Fortinet Equipment
