Job Description:

- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to prepare the operating room for procedures.
- Assist during surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment and instruments are sterile and ready for use.
- Observe strict adherence to sterile techniques and guidelines.
- Handle and manage surgical specimens appropriately.
- Assist with cleaning and restocking the operating room post-procedure.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication within the surgical team.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with surgical techniques and technology.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using and maintaining robotic surgical equipment.
