You will be part of the implementation team and work closely with the project team to ensure the quality of the solutions delivered. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing both manual and automated tests, ensuring that requirements are properly translated into test scenarios and that anomalies are identified and corrected.

You will be part of the implementation team and work closely with the project team to ensure the quality of the solutions delivered. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing both manual and automated tests, ensuring that requirements are properly translated into test scenarios and that anomalies are identified and corrected.
Your job
- Collaborate with the project team to understand requirements and translate them into scenarios/test cases
- Participate in the drafting and updating of the testing strategy, including the automation approach
- Design, execute and optimize functional and non-functional tests (manual and automated)
- Report, track and correct anomalies found during tests
- Optimize testing to reduce problems and prevent production failures.
- Validate the quality of the solution by assessing the associated risks
- Set up and track QA indicators via a dashboard
- Conduct follow-up meetings (Defect Triage) and manage potential risks and impacts.
- Ensure adequate test coverage according to business requirements
- Facilitate the adoption and use of automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium, RestAssure, SauceLab, Applitool...)
- Implement best practices in functional test automation (back-end and front-end)
- Maintain and maintain existing automated tests
- Communicate test results (manual and automated) and ensure necessary follow-ups/corrections.

Prerequisites
- Industry-related bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience OR Industry-related master's degree and four years of relevant experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of quality assurance
- Knowledge of the application of quality activities within the SDLC in a traditional or agile approach
- Understanding of risk management techniques
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in test automation is a strong asset
- Demonstrated experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment is a strong asset
- Knowledge of the following tools is a strong asset: Xray (TCM for Atlassian/Jira), Protractor, SauceLab, and Git/Bitbucket.
