The Content Design team conceptualizes, designs and creates the content experience for some of Apple's most visible products. Apple TV Content Design is looking for a senior creative that can impact the way people consume media on our products and how they're used by millions of people across the world. In this role, you will define, champion, and implement a vision for content features while driving engagement and retention for TV+ subscribers. You will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues across design, editorial, data science, business, and engineering to drive measurable outcomes.
We are seeking a seasoned leader with deep expertise who can work in a highly dynamic environment. You can quickly understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, tell compelling data stories, and be a relentless voice of the customer.

- Design lead of content features for the Apple TV app for TV, Movies and Sports content.
- Drive an innovative vision for our content and media experiences and ideas about how to connect users with content that matters to them.
- Conceptualizing and design how product creative can most effectively drive business goals.
- Elevate customer delight and engagement by creating a more simple, more effortless TV viewing experience
- Build consensus with several cross-functional teams around both a long-term vision and short-term features that show measurable outcomes
- Partner with data science teams and align with business and editorial teams to set common metrics for success
- Write clear and concise product and experience requirements that capture the vision, goals, and key elements of new products and features
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features, validating with internal betas and AB tests
