Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

- The UC/VTC Support technician will act as the VTC network maintenance focal point.
- The UC/VTC Support technician shall provide software, system, and network administration and systems sustainment of strategic and tactical video walls, VTC suites, and Multi-Control Units (MCU).
- Additionally, shall take action on trouble tickets and document 100% of trouble tickets to include providing details of all coordination and troubleshooting actions attempted and provide their results.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field and 2 years of overall experience. May consider 6 years continuous UC/VTC experience in lieu of degree
- 2 years experience within the last 4 performing UC; experience administering or designing UC systems including Unified Communications Manager.
- Must possess active IAT Level II, CCNA (subject to verification)
- Active Secret, NACLC/Level T3
- US Citizenship required
