Description:
The requested resources will be designated for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to support the Enterprise Cyber Infrastructure & Operations Support Services (ECIOSS).
Purpose: Ensure high-quality, reliable, and secure IT services enhancing OPM's mission.
Objectives: Cover broad IT service needs, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operational support. Hours of Operation: Defined but flexible to meet varying needs. Place of Performance: Primarily in Washington DC, Boyers, Pennsylvania, and Macon, Georgia, with potential for remote work. (Depends on job titles. Refer to JD) Travel: May be required, as specified in the contract. Contract Duration: 1 base year period + 4 option periods Special Notes:

The contractor shall have expert level experience designing, deploying, and supporting PKI environments in a Windows domain. Candidate must have experience deploying internal certificate authorities. Must have experience issuing external certificates from external certificate authorities and installing certificates on systems. Building out and maintaining certificate authority databases. Expert level experience Designing, deploying, and supporting the use of smart cards for system authentication across the agency.
Skills: Project lead experience, demonstrable history of leading successful deployments of enterprise class solutions, skilled at producing technical documents and engineering diagrams, strong written and verbal skills, team focused. Experience administering Microsoft PKI solutions in an enterprise environment. Demonstrable history of leading successful deployments of enterprise class solutions, skilled at producing technical documents and engineering diagrams, strong written and verbal skills, team focused, expert level understanding of Public Key Infrastructure.

- Key Personnel shall have at least 1 of the required certifications which reflects highest qualification of the personnel.
