Description:

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
HR Operations: Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.
Performance Management: Design and manage performance management systems to ensure employee growth and development.
Culture Creation: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Talent Acquisition: Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent in the AEC industry.
Employee Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
HR Metrics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to support organizational change and development initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the AEC industry.
Strong understanding of HR operations, performance management, and culture creation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience with HR metrics and analytics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience within Deltek Vantagepoint
Experience working with a PEO firm like Insperity.
Any relevant HR certifications (ex: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
