THE POSITION
As a Customer Business Director here at Honeywell, you will be reporting to the Director of Project Management for LPL execution. This position is responsible for the identification, management, and implementation of projects and pursuits linked with the continued expansion of business activities. The position will manage a customer (Ontic) representing $300M in revenue recognition across Aerospace SBUs. This role focuses on fostering strong partnerships with Ontic, ensuring all deals are executed for long-term success, and managing key relationships that support the LPL execution. This role will coordinate key cross functional stakeholders to ensure that all obligations and deliverables are supported in an efficient and effective manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Licensing Deal Execution:
- Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, ISC and GBEs, to execute licensing agreements.
- Support de-integration leaders for the execution of Ontic licensing deals, ensuring they align with Honeywell's business goals and legal requirements.
- Lead and manage internal and external stakeholders through building a culture of accountability.
- Co-Lead along with De-Integration leaders, licensing directors, GBE leaders, and CBT leaders, to address and resolve business objectives
- Participate and/or lead special initiatives or projects including development of tools, engagement with functions, process improvements, and kaizens to improve business performance and results.
- Partnership Development and Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with Ontic.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Ontic, ensuring open communication, issue resolution, and a positive partnership experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of Ontic licensing deals.
- Track performance and ensure that Ontic is meeting the terms of the agreements, while identifying opportunities for ongoing collaboration and expansion.
- Develop and foster licensee relationships at all levels within licensee organization, including executive level, and facilitate C-Suite level relationships between the licensee and Honeywell.
- Reporting and Performance Metrics:
- Briefing up to and including President/CFO level
- Develop regular reports on the status of LPL execution status, including performance metrics, delivery performance, and any challenges or opportunities.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 5+ years leadership experience in Aftermarket, OEM or International customer service/support
- Bachelor's Degree

- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knows when and how to communicate to optimize potential for success with customers and internal to Honeywell. Must be a good listener.
- Negotiations: Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups, can win concessions without damaging relationships, gains trust quickly of other parties in the negotiations, able to close sales deals Impact / Influence: Ability to influence outside of one's sphere of control.
