Terra Nova One Park Medical Clinic is set to open April 1, 2025, and they are seeking a family physician to join their team!
This new clinic is fully equipped with modern technology and EMR integration, allowing for efficient and high-quality patient management and a streamlined, innovative practice experience. Situated within a beautiful commercial building, this clinic can be found 1 block from the Brighouse Skytrain Station and Richmond Centre. The building has a playground, barbeque area, party room, conference room, gym, shower, and underground parking.
This opportunity includes access to a brand-new, state-of-the-art 3,000 sq. ft. clinic with procedure space, allied health support, and shared amenities such as a gym, conference room, and event space. The role offers flexible scheduling, the opportunity to practice longitudinal family medicine, and access to procedure space and allied health support. Physicians benefit from a collaborative, team-based environment with a strong cross-coverage system of over 80 healthcare providers, ensuring a balanced workload work-life balance, and seamless, uninterrupted patient care. This is an opportunity to join a new clinic that supports various practice styles, including full-scope family medicine, procedural work, and special interests.
Clinic Hours: Mon-Sun 8:00 - 17:00
Payment Model Options: Positions are available under New to Practice (NTP) PCN (salary) Contracts; Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Contracts;and Fee-for-Service (FFS) Contracts.
Role Requirements:
Virtual Care On-call obligations (Telephone only - very minimal - approx. 2-3 times/year)
