What you'll do
The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

What you'll do
- Manages all technical activities and projects in the plantImplements a technology strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products.
- Delivers against technical performance KPIs, budget and projects.
- Sets up and executes development plans for production personnel, esp. regarding training in Engineering and technology.
- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
- Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements.
- Acts as key contact for local authorities in the area of responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans for the Maintenance functions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and coach Maintenance personnel performance against those plans.
- Design and implement effective maintenance strategies, considering factors such as equipment criticality, failure modes, and life cycle costs.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reliability, such as mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR), to gauge the effectiveness of reliability initiatives.
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of equipment and systems to evaluate their reliability, identifying potential weaknesses and areas for improvement.
- Analyze failure data using tools like root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for equipment breakdowns, aiming to prevent future occurrences.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.
- Minimum seven to ten years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Maintenance Reliability programs
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent leadership ability
- Computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Lotus Notes
- Project Management experience
- Ability to lead the Maintenance team to meet or exceed the company's stated goals and objectives.
- Experience working with continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality management, lean manufacturing, engineering, technologybudgets, safety, production systems.
