We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing electrical construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and projects remain within financial constraints.
  • Team Coordination: Oversee the work of the construction team, including electricians, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets required standards and specifications through regular site inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and adhering to safety standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during the project, ensuring smooth progress.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
