Our Manitoba Clinic is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.
Position Summary:
The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice full-time. This position can have a small walk-in component. The WELL Health team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want!
What you will be doing:
Practice Details:
- Access to 2 fully equipped exam rooms,
- WELL trained Medical Office Assistant, Billing services,
-Accuro EMR
Hours:
-Flexible! Walk-in Available. The clinic opens 5 days per week from 8am Monday to Friday, and 9am on Saturdays at Bison locations. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic. (Clinic Site)
*No strict policy around time off
Hospital and ER Dept shifts:
-These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic.
Special Services:
- Cardiology, Day Surgery, EKG Walk-ins, ENT, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Infusion, Mental Wellness Therapy, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine, Urology, Women's Health
On Call Arrangement:

- Hold or eligible for Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)
- Hold or eligible for full license to practice medicine in Manitoba

- Provisional license eligible applicants are welcome to apply

We will support transferring patient records, training on EMR, assist with EMR migration costs, and will often address financial obligations the physician may encounter as a part of moving their practice.

Support from dedicated teams covering IT, EMR software, billing, admin and the virtual platform. We offer free training. You also have support from our Physician Success Team who are your advisor/advocate to ensure a positive experience within the Well network. The team works alongside you as you build your practice or take over an existing patient panel.
The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
