About the Team
As the Customer Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with entertaining shopping experience in TikTok, we are looking for creative PM with experience in solving user pain points to join our team.

Responsibility
1. Conduct research, planning, and implementation of the homepage framework of the shopping mall tab to help the revenue scale of the shopping mall tab continue to increase.
2. Responsible for planning and implementing the shopping guide theme and tool area of the mall, continuously improving the GMV of the shopping guide theme and tool area.
3. For countries planning to establish their own country in the future, promote the launch of the shopping mall tab and continue to focus on the differentiated needs of different countries.
4. Establish and maintain universal capabilities for the establishment of the new markets, in order to facilitate the large-scale establishment of more countries, including components of various product modules, data and operational backends for the new markets.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years of work experience.
2. Curiosity and self drive, able to explore product iteration directions and seek multiple solutions beyond the current situation.
3. Possess excellent data analysis and insight skills, as well as rigorous logical thinking abilities. Able to identify problems and opportunities based on business data and make improvements accordingly.
4. Possess good teamwork and execution skills, as well as a certain ability to withstand pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Previous experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
