Essential Functions and Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Sports Medicine
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona
- Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Requires a broad spectrum of expertise
- Ability and desire to support a growing team and align with the needs of the program
- Established expertise in working with diverse patient populations
- Non-Surgical position ; Outpatient, clinic only
- Full-Time
