Job Description:
- Provide home health care services with a focus on wound care, IV administration, and Oasis documentation.
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for accurate and efficient documentation.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5.
- Display flexibility and adaptability in various patient care situations.
- Wear appropriate attire; black scrubs are mandatory.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment to deliver excellent patient care.

Note: Additional requirements include completion of orientation and adherence to all facility safety and quality standards.
