As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager hereat Honeywell, you will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers responsible foroptimizing manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence. Youwill develop and oversee the implementation of efficient manufacturingprocesses, process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.You will work closely with cross-functional leadership, including production,quality, design, and maintenance, to ensure the efficient and cost-effectiveproduction of our products. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing ourmanufacturing operations, reducing costs, and ensuring the highest level ofproduct quality for Honeywell.

You will report directly to our Director of AME andyou'll work out of our Nebraska City location on an onsite work schedule.

Inthis role, you will impact the efficiency, quality, and productivity of ourmanufacturing processes. Your expertise in process improvement, leanmanufacturing, and leadership will drive operational excellence and contributeto the success and growth of our organization. You will be a problem solver, ateam builder, and a key driver of continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers to optimizemanufacturing operations
  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturingprocesses and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulationsand industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to driveoperational excellence
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence driven bydata analysis, digitalization anddocument improvements by using performance dashboards.
  • DefineManufacturing strategy and roadmap for the site by executing CapitalExpenditure projects aiming to improve operational efficiency and reduce cost.


YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Expert knowledge of process improvement and lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results
  • Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good communication andinterpersonal skills
