- Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
- Annual Bonus: 15% annual incentive (eligibility begins January 1, 2025; first payment in March 2026)
- Annual Merit Increases: Awarded every July

The Director of Cardiac Cath Lab is responsible for overseeing the operations of two cath lab suites, ensuring high-quality care and managing a team of seven staff members. This role demands strong leadership in clinical services, resource management, and collaboration between departments to enhance patient care.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations of the Cath and EP labs, ensuring high-quality clinical services and efficient administrative tasks.
- Ensure appropriate staffing, resources, and equipment to meet operational needs.
- Maintain fiscal responsibility and oversee staff performance through coaching and regular evaluations.
- Develop collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare services to optimize patient care.
- Support staff development through training and educational initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Licensure: Must hold one of the following:
- RN
- APRN
- RCIS
- State Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT)
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of recent leadership experience in a cath or EP lab within an acute care hospital.
- Facility: 99-bed hospital.
- Cath Lab: Two suites with rotating call schedules.
- Direct Reports: Four cath lab RNs and three cath lab techs.
- Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
