Join the managing and founding partner in growing the impact of AC Howard Law. In-house Associate will meet with clients regularly and work autonomously to complete each case with the aid of full-time in-person support staff. Owner takes staff to lunch each month as a chance to hear their input about how to better support the goals of our clients and serve the community with our well-crafted personalized legal documents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in probate, trust administration, and estate planning - the core areas of our practice. This includes helping LGBTQIA parents with confirmatory adoption orders and executing sperm/egg donation contracts.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in California
2+ years of experience in probate, trust administration, and estate planning
