This position will be responsible for the delivery of finance services to the AdvancedMD
portfolio. This includes consolidation reporting, financial analysis, data analytics, modeling,
financial systems expertise, ad hoc analysis, and business case support.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance, this role will demonstrate a collaborative working style
and possess a focus on partnering with the finance and business leaders to enhance business
decisions and drive profitable organic growth.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate financial information to effect management decisions in a
fast-paced, highly complex business environment.
Produce and consolidate detailed weekly/monthly reporting by utilizing financial systems,
database systems, and financial models to support portfolio performance.
Develop, enhance and maintain models and processes to ensure consistency and
accuracy across the portfolio with revenue and sales metrics reporting
Serve as subject matter expert and backup for the finance team regarding Hyperion as
the source system for financial data
Support controllership objectives by ensuring compliance adherence and strong internal
controls.
Drive decisions throughout the team by working effectively with business leaders.
Ad-hoc special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines required.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance Analyst role
required.
Experience delivering business unit financial support required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide
range of people with varying degrees of financial exposure.
Advanced knowledge of Financial ERP systems and tools required.
Expert knowledge in Excel with proficiency in Access, PowerPoint, and Word required.
Experience with public high growth and/ or technology companies. Experience in the
payment or Fintech industry is preferred.
Experience analyzing highly complex business models preferred.
Strong interpersonal, presentation and technical skills preferred.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines.
