Your tasks:
As a Senior Automotive Account Manager within our Novi, MI Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to provide entire system solutions to OEMs/Tier 1s using all relevant ams OSRAM products.

Business and Account Development
  • Identify and realize opportunities with existing and subsidiary customers in the assigned territory
  • Develop strategy needed to win the accounts
  • Build multi-level customer relationships to support account strategy at each site and coordinate the use of internal resources, including local field application &engineers, sales management and business unit staff to drive design wins
  • Closely work together with our Distribution partners to develop the assigned territory
  • Provide value-added feedback on customer needs to management business units and Customer service teams
  • Ensure customers adhere to agreed contractual terms over time


What we look for

Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar field
  • 5+ years of Semiconductor Industry Sales experience
  • Proficient communication skills in oral and written English
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Has strong initiative, is self-motivated, and works autonomously
  • Willing to work with international teams and travel
