Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required; advanced degree in Business or Engineering preferred, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope
- Create documentation of requirements, user cases, process flows, data maps, wireframes etc.
- Manage Backlog and work with business teams to prioritize requirements
- Develop understanding of existing data architecture and future roadmap
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Genesys platforms (Genesys Cloud CX, Engage, or PureConnect).
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in data analytics, Computer Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics or related analytics field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement
- 3+ years of experience with analytical skills and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of creating Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Mapping etc.
- experience with tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc.
- Good problem-solving skills, keen intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail and sense of drive.
- Ability to call APIs using various parameters and quickly understand the data returned
- Experience in reading ICDs
- Experience working with middleware portals like Apigee or Kong is good to have
- Experience in insurance domain is a must
Preferred Qualifications:
- High level Knowledge of Cloud Platform (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Prior experience in management consulting and/or analytics-based consulting
- Insurance domain is preferred
