Essential Responsibilities:
Qualification & Experience:
- Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees and disposable packaging
- Responsible for designing, calculating and developing packaging for new projects
- Initiate and coordinate measures to take in response to customer and supplier escalations in coordination with Purchasing and Sales
- Responsible for logging and processing quality complaints relating to the supply chain and logistics
- Ensure and coordinate continuous improvements relating to logistics/the supply chain using lean methodology, 6 Sigma, etc.
- Ensure customs controls, import and export, in accordance with the legal regulations
- Formulate contracts with freight forwarders, external warehouse providers and logistics service providers, ready for approval
- Responsible for resource planning in the assigned area
- Responsible for target deployment according to EK ScoreCard in the assigned area
- Develop and optimize all supply chain and logistics processes in terms of quality, quantity and time
- Responsible for warehouse and material flows in the company, including goods receipt, warehouse management and material handling, both internally and in the dispatch area
- Regularly checking and recording the inventory
- Responsible for packaging and container management, incl. reusable
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and people skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems); SAP knowledge, preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a demanding environment

- Incumbent will be required to occasionally travel to Germany and collaborate with other ElringKlinger facilities during the induction period
