Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Be at the center of strategic planning and executing for large capacity ramps of onsemi's most strategic products
- Work with stakeholders from with PSG organization and support groups to ensure the successful ramp of key new products
- Contribute to Supply vision and strategy to meet quarterly forecast set by the business unit
- Identify, diagnose and execute on opportunities to improve the end-to-end Supply Chain
- Document the demand, create models for operational execution and Long Range Plans
- Develop KPIs and metrics and report progress on a regular cadence for supply and demand
Qualifications
Competencies:
- Self-starter with strong semiconductor supply chain experience
- Collaboration and teamwork across multiple functions and global sites
- Business acumen
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Process management / process improvement
- Tableau/PowerBI is a plus
- Experience with large data/SQL is a plus
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is a must. MBA a plus
- 3+ years' experience that includes Factory, Supply Chain and/or operations in semiconductor industry
- Understanding of the semiconductor industry
- Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing preferred
