We are seeking a full time Registered Nurse Unit Supervisor for the ICU at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. This is a night shift position. (3 x 12-hour shifts) 7:00pm-7:00am.
Sign on Bonus and Relocation for those relocating to the area.
Prefer 2+ years of ICU RN experience and charge nurse or supervisory experience.

The Intensive Care Unit at Fair Oaks Hospital is a 12-bed unit with a patient population that includes, but not limited to, end-stage disease processes, sepsis, post-partum emergencies, respiratory failure, post-operative care and others that require more intensive nursing care. This patient population requires care from nurses that have successfully completed the critical care fellowship and/or have experience caring for the critically ill patient population. The ICU is equipped to provide CRRT and induced hypothermia for post-cardiac arrest.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience;
Education: BSN or Associate Degree RNs that are within one year of obtaining their BSN.
Certifications: BLS required. ACLS within 90 days. Specialty certification (as required by unit) within one year of hire.
Licensure: Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
Completion of a revised Charge Nurse Workshop within the first 90 days
