We are looking for an innovative Marketing Manager to support our business growth in Toronto. This is a permanent full time position working onsite at our Toronto Office along Leslie Street.

How you will contribute:
Develop and execute the brand vision and marketing strategy through campaigns, events, online marketing, and public relations.
Manage social media accounts and implement programs to enhance brand reputation and awareness.
Conduct market research and provide short- and long-term market forecasts, customer insights, and data-driven recommendations.
Oversee all marketing and public relations materials to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Serve as the primary liaison with media outlets to ensure positive coverage across print and digital platforms.
Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams to provide necessary marketing tools, materials, and presentations.
Supervise the Marketing Associate responsible for merchant campaigns and the Inbound and Outbound Sales Associate.
Develop marketing plans and strategies to support the growth of payment services.
Research and attend industry events to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Lead marketing campaign projects from planning to execution.
Oversee content creation that highlights the value of company products and services.
Manage a marketing calendar, including content creation for emails, blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, and infographics.
Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies through email, content, and social media channels.

What you bring to the table:
A university degree or college diploma in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales and/or marketing.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing management for a Canadian financial services company.
Experience within the fintech, payments or credit card industry is preferred
Strong project management and communication skills, including the ability to manage internal communications, multiple deadlines, budgeting, timelines, diverse stakeholders and audiences
Experienced in digital and email marketing strategy, and marketing automation platforms
Strong experience in content marketing, copywriting, event marketing and social media marketing.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot branding opportunities.
Self-driven, strategic thinker that is results-driven.
Master communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
Bilingual in both English and French would be a plus

Nice to have:
Experience in trade shows and conferences and related marketing and logistics.

This is an onsite position and the successful candidate will be required to report to the office Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
