Our unit is known for its vibrant and supportive environment, emphasizing the importance of teamwork. We pride ourselves on our strong, continuous support system and low turnover rate, reflecting our staff's dedication and collaborative spirit in providing exceptional patient care.
On-call: Not required.

- We support continued education and highly endorse certification and membership in the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. We encourage participation in Critical Care conferences and we have many learning opportunities in the unit in the form of in-services and presentations.
- Our nurses also have the opportunity to advance through the Clinical Advancement and Recognition Program (CARP).
- Greater than one year of experience required.
On-call: Not required.
