As a Client Experience Director in the Wealth Advice Center (WAC), you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, foster loyalty, and drive retention. The Client Experience Director will be responsible for ensuring clients have exceptional interactions throughout their entire journey. You will:
analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
lead initiatives to create a seamless and engaging experience for WAC clients at every touch point
design, implement and maintain unique client journeys by building strong experiences to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver tailored solutions
be held accountable for driving and executing various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC's growth plan

Your team

The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch located in Weehawken, NJ and Charlotte, NC committed to providing advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a consistently delivered hybrid digital client experience.

Our team currently serves over 200,000 clients. Our clients are served over the phone by a team of more than 300 professionals including both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates who work individually with clients to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals.

You'll be working as part of the Business Optimization team acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and ensuring client needs are met effectively.

Your expertise

You have:
3+ years of experience in a relevant role
ability to analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and insights
proficiency to develop and implement client focused experiences
familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and platforms
understanding of client journey mapping and experience design
desire to build relationships enhancing an established culture
excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to think strategically and articulate thoughts in a clear and professional manner

You are:
creative and innovate with developing unique and impactful client journeys
highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Powerpoint, Word & Excel
exhibits self-confidence and composure in high-pressure situations
