Description:
Evoke is seeking a Business Analyst to provide business analysis and project management support for a portfolio of client projects.

Responsibilities:
- Program/project management: Monitor and facilitate project, develop project metrics, and apply rigorous risk management
- Requirements gathering: Elicit and capture business requirements from stakeholders
- Business process maps: Capturing and document current and desired end states
- Gap analysis: Develop roadmaps to document the path to achieve intended objectives
- Project artifacts: Draft and maintain project charters, risk registers, schedules, use cases, etc.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint dashboards: Utilize Power BI to display key data points of the projects' status
- Meeting support: Capture discussion items, decisions made, next steps, action items closed since previous meeting(s), and associated risks
- Communications support: Draft plans, briefings, and associated messaging to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Years of Experience:
- Requires associate's degree or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Minimum five (5) years' relevant experience
Professional Experience and Skills:
- Successful candidate will:
- Possess excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service acumen
- Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently prioritize and complete assigned tasks
- Be an excellent verbal and written communicator
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Business Analysis Certification, highly desired
- Must be proficient in M365 apps (specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- REQUIRES demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint and Power BI
