Job Title: Channel Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to own and expand our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive partner engagement, manage partner relationships, and ultimately grow revenue through strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, experienced in partner sales, and possess strong relationship management and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Affirma's Partner Map, identifying gaps and opportunities for strategic expansion.
  • Develop and drive partner-focused sales campaigns to generate new business and increase revenue. Close partnership with Sales.
  • Maintain and optimize the Partner Portfolio, ensuring strong, active relationships.
  • Plan and attend in-person meetings, partner conferences, co-marketing events, and other key engagements.
  • Proactively identify and self-generate new partnerships to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
  • Nurture and manage partnerships, whether directly owned or supported through Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Engagement Managers (CEMs).
  • Partner with leadership to define and document partnership processes.
  • Lead Monthly Business Reviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support from leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to drive co-marketing initiatives and maximize partner impact.
  • Own all partner revenue metrics, including revenue by division and an individual contributor revenue target.
  • Track and report key KPIs, including:
    • Weekly meeting targets
    • Partner-influenced pipeline
    • Partner-influenced revenue targets


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in channel management, business development, partnerships, or sales.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of partner sales, go-to-market strategies, and revenue generation models.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel for in-person meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on key performance indicators.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $90,000-$150,000 (dependent on experience) + commission
