You'll oversee the HCM product roadmap, ensure governance and compliance, and collaborate across teams to optimize system performance.
Lead a full-cycle transformation from Oracle EBS HCM to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
Partner with business & IT teams to enhance enterprise HCM solutions
Act as an SME for Oracle HCM products, providing expert guidance & support
Own system configurations, integrations, workflows, and analytics
Evaluate quarterly patches, analyze functionality changes, and drive testing efforts
Oversee compliance, data governance, and M&A-related system integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute seamless transitions

8+ years of Oracle HCM applications management experience (EBS & Fusion)
Proven success leading an Oracle HCM digital transformation
Expertise in Cloud/ERP solutions, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
Strong knowledge of business processes, applications management, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A customer-focused mindset & passion for optimizing user experience
Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to lead change
Bachelor's in IT, Business, or related field
Willing to relocate to Birmingham, AL (relocation assistance provided)
Key Details
Salary Range: $130k-$160k annually.
Type: Full-time, direct hire.
Travel: Minimal
Relocation Assistance: Yes.
Visa Sponsorship: Prefer USC / GC but will consider a visa transfer
