Data Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance data processing pipelines using Python, Amazon Redshift, and Apache Spark.
- Manage AWS resources effectively, ensuring security and efficiency through AWS IAM, Amazon S3, and AWS Glue ETL.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes, enhancing system performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain robust ETL processes, integrating AWS Glue ETL for seamless data transformation and loading.
- Ensure data integrity and quality, implementing best practices in data management and processing.
- Participate in the entire Product Lifecycle Management, contributing to the development, deployment, and maintenance of products.
- Stay abreast of the latest AWS features and services, incorporating them into solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Implement risk management strategies, safeguarding data and systems against potential threats.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development and deployment processes, embracing AWS DevOps principles.
-Qualifications
- Proven experience with SQL, Python, Amazon Redshift, Apache Spark (Pyspark), AWS IAM, Amazon S3, and AWS Glue ETL is mandatory.
- Good to have knowledge on data modelling skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
