License: Wisconsin/compact license required upon submission
Certifications: Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

Job Description:
- Outpatient orthopedic therapy position with a schedule of four ten-hour days.
- Work schedule includes two days from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and two days from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Provides 60-minute one-on-one sessions with no overlapping of patients.
- Each therapist will have their own treatment room.
- Prior experience in using Epic is preferred.
- Return staff policy: Must be gone for 1 year to return as a traveler.
- Travel pairs accepted.
- Modules to be completed within the first 8 hours of orientation, averaging 3-4 hours.
- Orientation includes 8 non-billable hours.
Please note that this position requires completion of modules during orientation. Supervisory references and badge photo submissions are required as part of the application process.
