Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field is required to be eligible for this role. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
Disqualifiers: Candidates not willing to work 5 days onsite will not be eligible for the role.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain the below -
Experience with broad technology delivery, including custom development using various development languages
Experience with providing technical leadership, mentoring on software engineering design, development, and frameworks, analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and clients
Experience with driving technical planning and solutions for small software portfolio, including authoring or managing the development of software designs, managing vendor evaluations, and justifying technical recommendations
Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments
Experience with Python, Synapse, Kusto, Databricks, Data Pipelines, SQL
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines.
