Role Overview
- Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
- Flexible full-time 3.5-5 day/week schedule (preferred)
- Part-time options between 1-3 days/week are available
- Post-acute care inpatient setting
- On-call during the day Monday through Friday 7am-7pm
- Deliver comprehensive primary care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with the IDT
- Partner with TeamHealth physician
- 1 year + experienced clinicians in any of the following (post-acute care, outpatient, urgent care, primary care, home care, or inpatient)
- FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
- Active New Mexico NP/PA license
- Active DEA preferred but not required
