Job Description

KVH Family Medicine Cle Elum is a Hospital-owned clinic that sees patients of all ages. The clinic offers comprehensive services delivered by a team of board-certified and board-eligible physicians and physician assistants. They are committed to practicing comprehensive and personalized family medicine for their patients.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Completion of appropriate License or Certification, including
    • Washington State License
    • Drug Enforcement Administration
    • National Provider Identifier
  • Completion of residency
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (maintenance required)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous exposure to clinic environment
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous teaching experience
