Position Summary
The Foundation finance team is looking for a Director of FP&A to run its growing Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting processes. The right individual will have exceptional financial modeling skills, a keen attention to detail, effective communication, and solid business judgment capable of driving organizational results. He or she will have operated successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Foundation is looking for a self-starter, who can work efficiently and autonomously while solving ambiguous, complex business problems.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Manage organization-wide setting and tracking initiatives.
- Assist in the financial planning/budgeting process.
- Compile and review operational plans with leadership.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses.
- Prior experience in corporate finance, management consulting, public accounting, or investment banking is necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
- Prior management experience
- BA or BS degree required (bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics or Statistics), MBA preferred.
- High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency
- Strong knowledge and fluency with Microsoft Excel advanced formulas and functions
- Hand on experience with NetSuite preferred.
- Hands on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar) preferred.
- Prior system (GL, ERP, Financial Planning) implementation and integration experience preferred.
- Ability to streamline and automate functions and passion to learn and grow.
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; must be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
- Detailed understanding of SaaS business metrics
- Good business acumen
