Primary Functions:

Under the general direction of the Chief Commercial Officer identifies, responds to, and wins government contracts requesting pharmacy services.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Work as directed by executive management and identifies and wins government contracts for pharmacy services.
  • Contacts and develop business relationships with senior level management of government to define their business needs and define opportunities for the company.
  • Evaluate new and existing opportunities to ensure growth and profitability and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Develop solid long-term relationships with the executive team.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to travel extensively.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

    • Ability to direct activities of others including coaching training guiding the support company initiatives.
    • Strong communication presentation and leadership skills.
    • External and internal relationship development skills to maintain a cooperative working and business environment with others.
