Experience and abilities you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have experience working as a shift supervisor or control room leader at a cement manufacturing plant to be considered.
- Will need to be able to cover PTO as needed.
- Will need to be able to work on 12 hour rotating shift.
- Associates or technical degree (2 years) desired.
- Strong working knowledge of Safety/MSHA.
- Team leadership skills.
