- Day Shift staffing includes 1 RN and 1 Social Worker
- Patient Ratios are 1:25 for RNs
- Engage in discharge planning and care progression
- Responsible for communication with medical teams
- Flexible and proactive personality traits are preferred
- Floating to Med/Surg and ICU areas may be required
- Dress code includes business casual or navy scrubs
- Expectation to work one weekend a month and rotating holidays
