Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret security and loss prevention data to identify trends, risks, and anomalies, providing actionable insights
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track incident trends, loss prevention KPIs, and business unit performance, supporting data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and implement security policies, audit frameworks, and best practices while assisting teams in measuring and addressing security gaps
  • Establish, monitor and provide insights from data driven measurable goals for security and loss prevention efforts across different business units
  • Oversee security-related projects and support the transition to new security and data management platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and operational continuity
  • Manage and mentor Loss Prevention Analysts, aligning workloads with security initiatives and providing coaching for professional development
  • Support the transition to new security and data management platforms


Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in safety, security, or loss prevention
  • Strong organization, project management, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and data patterns
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to work with evolving security datasets, integrate new technologies, and adjust priorities based on emerging risks
  • Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling, and experience with data visualization tools
