Advising alternative investment managers with operations, due diligence, compliance, business development, and marketing strategies
Providing fractional expert advisors in key operational areas for emerging and established investment firms
Offering executive, life, health, and career coaching for individuals
Delivering talent acquisition and leadership development solutions
Developing SaaS applications for enterprise and consumer use
What We Need:
We seek a seasoned President to spearhead strategy and business development across our three core segments. Both the President and the Chief Operating Officer report directly to the Founder & CEO, collaborating to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment. A blend of visionary leadership and hands-on execution is essential.

Estimated Compensation: $250,000 - $300,000 base salary + performance-based incentives + participation in our Revenue Sharing & Equity Plan (RSEP)-a unique wealth-building program that offers revenue-sharing distributions and equity participation, aligning incentives and enabling all employees to share in the company's ongoing success and potential future liquidity events.

This is a remote position (though we expect this person to be based in the NYC Metro area), and we are a fully remote organization at present other than meetings in NYC and seminars and various events / networking opportunities that are done in NYC and elsewhere. However, we are in the process of establishing a physical office space in NYC to promote collaboration, cultural enhancement and client facing opportunities. While we recognize that there are major pros to remote work, we also recognize the value of in-person connection and are embracing a hybrid approach for those who we feel it makes the best sense for in the organization. Our goal is to create an environment that best supports our mission that will include both remote excellence and meaningful in-person engagement.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the COO and CEO to refine business goals and processes
- Develop and implement strategies to expand revenue sources, ensuring alignment with mission
- Provide inspired leadership firm-wide upholding our culture
- Identify acquisitions, alliances, and income-generation opportunities
- Build and maintain external relationships to accelerate business growth across core segments
- Represent the firm at events, approve key agreements, and uphold company culture
Who You Are:
- Extensive senior management experience in a hedge fund environment
- Proven track record in revenue generation, client-facing engagement, and public speaking/relations
- Familiarity with consulting/advisory operations and enterprise-level SaaS
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing profitable long-term strategies
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, general management best practices, and risk oversight
- Exceptional communication style in both private and public forums
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and organizational skills
- MBA or equivalent preferred; CPA or CFA a plus
