The candidate will need to have a strong technical background in ETL processes, SQL, Windows servers, job monitoring tools (e.g., Zena), and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business analysis efforts for Treasury related projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business users, IT teams, and regulatory experts) to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with data standards at Huntington.
- Oversee projects and support applications, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
- Provide expertise in data flow and integration across systems, especially utilizing SSIS ETL processes.
- Use SQL for querying databases, data validation, and troubleshooting issues in applications.
- Leverage job monitoring tools like Zena to ensure the health of data pipelines and to resolve any job failures or issues proactively.
- Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow team for incident and change management, ensuring timely resolution of issues and project tracking.
- Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and status updates for senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for business users and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Continuously improve business analysis processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality of deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within in the banking or financial services sector., preferably in Treasury.
- Strong technical proficiency with SSIS ETL or similar tool for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Expertise in SQL for data analysis, querying, and validation.
- Proficiency in using Zena (or similar job monitoring tools) for managing and troubleshooting batch jobs and job schedules.
- Experience with ServiceNow for managing incidents, change requests, and project tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance, quality, and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and work independently.
- Local to Columbus, OH (3 days per week in the office required). Additional locations will be provided on request.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Treasury and liquidity applications.
- Knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel, 2052a, etc.).
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
