We are looking for an IT Finance Management (ITFM) Manager join our team in Richmond, VA!
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- This manager will oversee a team responsible for developing supplier invoices, customer agency chargeback invoices, researching and resolving customer disputes and customer forecasting to support chargeback rate development. Oversight for an advanced Technology Business Management practice including 8 service providers and 120+ chargeback customers.
- The manager will be responsible for ITFM service delivery in accordance with contract requirements, service level targets, key performance indicators and the approved service management manual. This manager will interact with the customer at all levels (CIO, COO, CFO, and staff) to gauge customer satisfaction with current process execution as well as work to enact Continual Service Improvement to enhance both the processes and tool set.
- The individual will work with the customer and various services and software suppliers to ensure customer billing needs are being met or surpassed.
- The manager will also interact extensively with the existing team to ensure smooth integration between the ITFM technical solution and other software applications supporting the customer.
- This position will also be responsible for evaluation of Service Level Agreement (SLA) data to ensure sufficient processes are in place to calculate and enforce SLA's between Summit and the customer.
- The manager is responsible for implementing data analytics to identify trends in billing errors and proactively establish process improvements to prevent future errors.
- The manager will work collaboratively with the customer to ensure timely and effective communication with process stakeholders and establish self-service knowledge-based articles (KBA's) to provide users with process and tool navigation information.
- Additionally, the manager will evaluate new solutions in the areas of technical capability and cost to ensure customer's ITFM solution remains up-to-date and effective within existing financial boundaries.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelors degree and eighteen (18) years or more of related experience. Will also accept a high school education and twenty two (22) years or more of relevant experience.
- Must have at least 7 years of management experience
- Must have experience being in a technical or business environment
- Must have experience successfully leading a team
- Must have experience being in a customer facing role
- Must have experience leading business meetings
- Must be comfortable supporting a government customer
- Must have financial or IT experience
- Must have experience successfully meeting SLAs
Desired Skills:
- ITFM (Information Technology Financial Management) experience
- Financial Analysis experience
- Experience supporting a government customer
- Experience with Digital Fuel or Apptio software
- Being TBM certified
- Experience with IT Asset and Configuration management processes and tools is preferred.
