We are looking for a Senior Leader of Sales to develop and lead a high-performing team of sales leaders across Florida. This role is focused on scaling leadership, driving strategy, and building a culture of excellence to maximize productivity and revenue. You will be responsible for mentoring Directors of Sales, optimizing office performance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience while meeting key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and mentor sales leaders to drive performance and team success.
- Establish and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed transaction goals.
- Coach and hold Directors of Sales accountable for hiring, training, and retaining top talent.
- Strengthen leadership pipelines by identifying and developing future market leaders.
- Foster a high-performance culture by promoting accountability, growth, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs, market trends, and sales conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide hands-on leadership and strategic support to expand market share and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Florida Real Estate License (Broker preferred but not required).
- 4+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of scaling and developing teams.
- Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing sales leaders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive data-backed decision-making.
- Willingness to travel within Florida as needed.
