SALARY RANGE:
$70,000 - $105,000

The elementary principal will:
- Be the educational and spiritual leader of the elementary faculty and staff.
- Be a committed and mature Christian leader who understands Christian education, with proven experience in teaching and administration at the elementary level.
- Work closely with the district-wide leadership team, supporting the early learning, junior high, high school, and elementary programs.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate proficiently, lead people successfully, collaborate effectively with the secondary team, and administer an educational program efficiently.
- Interact with students, communicate with parents, and relate to the greater school community with a mindset of building relationships with mutual trust and respect.
- Implement and integrate educational best-practice principles in helping students attain the highest possible degree of growth and proficiency.

- Able to effectively manage day-to-day school operations, including finances, human resources, safety and security, etc.
General Qualifications:
- Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Statement of Faith and Teaching Statements
- Master's degree in educational administration/supervision or equivalent
- State of Washington Administrative Certificate, ACSI Principal Certificate, or equivalent
- Three years of experience in educational administration preferred
- Elementary school experience as a teacher and/or administrator
- Experience in Christian school administration desired but not required
