- Mid: $49.72/hr (7+ years of experience)
- Max: $61.29/hr (18+ years of experience)

Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and supports all operations in the Level IV NICU unit. This role includes supervisory responsibilities, direct patient care as needed, and leadership in enhancing team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to maintain efficient patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure superior patient outcomes.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to NICU staff to maintain the highest quality of care.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling to meet patient and unit needs.
- Ensure proper inventory management and equipment utilization.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience as a Level IV NICU Charge Nurse.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- RN license in Texas or compact license.
- BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.
Additional Information:
- Unit Details:
- 108-bed Level IV NICU.
- Approximately 200 team members.
- Interview Process:
- Initial prescreen with recruiter.
- Interviews with Nurse Managers, peer groups, and department leadership.
- Local candidates: In-person interviews.
- Out-of-area candidates: WebEx interviews.
- Final hiring decision made by Nurse Managers.
