As a Business Development Executive at Chargeflow, you'll be responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building. You'll target with enterprise-level prospecting, bringing in the largest deals for the company. This role requires creativity, persistence, and excellent communication.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate high-quality sales opportunities targeting enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans through research, outreach, and building a strong professional network
  • Implement multi-channel outreach strategies, testing different outbound methodologies
  • Track results, optimize approaches, and innovate new prospecting techniques
  • Build relationships with key representatives at target companies through various channels
  • Represent Chargeflow at industry events and host networking functions across the US
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on demand generation initiatives
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads for successful closing


Requirements

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years experience as BD at a B2B SaaS company - Must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, smart and sharp - ability to hold meetings alone at conferences (written and verbal) - Must
  • KPI driven - Must
  • Strong motivation - Hunter personality - Must
  • Strong networking abilities and relationship - building skills
  • Capable of doing strategic prospecting for enterprise
  • Strong organizational skills Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales intelligence tools
  • Willingness to travel for events and client meetings
  • Creative problem-solving skills and persistence in pursuing opportunities
  • Ability to multiple complex products and articulate their value to different personas
