Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: 8H Days Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, No on-call

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 2 years

License: RN License Required

Certifications: BLS (AHA)

Must-Have: Ability to work in both home health and hospice settings

Job Description:

- Work in home health and hospice settings.
- Collaborate effectively with patients and families to deliver quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and policies.
- Wear navy or royal blue scrubs; WVU t-shirts are common attire among staff.
- Utilize the charting system (unspecified) for patient documentation.
- Adhere to shift schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Travel to patient homes and provide care as per care plans.
- Utilize personal vehicle for patient visits; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate.
