Service Delivery Engineer
As a Modern Workplace Specialist on our team, you'll play a key role in supporting, securing, and developing the workplace that helps DLL Group colleagues succeed daily. We're using a wide range of Microsoft services, from Intune and Power to Purview and recently M365 Copilot and Studio. This allows us to serve over 8000 users worldwide on an enterprise level. Our goal is to offer hyper-user-focused and intuitive services; thus, you and your team are constantly looking for automation opportunities (PowerShell), increasing user adoption, and promoting self-support. Strong professional management of our vendors (like Microsoft) and their service levels, as well as data-driven continuous improvement, are essential to achieving our ambition of offering the best-in-class user experience around the clock.
You're naturally focused on constantly developing your knowledge on Microsoft services and automation skills, not just professionally but even in your free time. At DLL, you'll constantly have the chance to spark that enthusiasm and further develop your knowledge and skills. Applicable Pay Range
$73,700 - $110,600
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.

Day to Day
Your daily tasks include:
- Managing and securing endpoints (like laptops and phones) using Microsoft Intune
- Identifying and realizing automation and improvement initiatives, often through technology like PowerShell and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Coordinating and resolving individual user requests to major service incidents
- Coordinating and/or executing changes impacting DLL users worldwide
- Managing service management activities towards Microsoft and other vendors
- Continuously improving workplace security alongside M365 and security specialists
- Staying updated on the latest developments and technologies in Microsoft Cloud.

Essentials
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft (Intune, 365) services and automation, but more senior/experienced candidates are welcome to apply!
- Technical and service experience with:
- Microsoft Intune MDM
- (PowerShell) automation
- Microsoft security and compliance services - Experience in one or more of the following areas is a definite plus:
- Microsoft 365, Office 365, Teams, Viva Engage, PowerApps and Power platform
- Vendor/partner service management (including (Microsoft) licensing model)
- Customer Experience (UX) and customer-centricity skills - Excellent verbal and written communicator in the English language is essential
